He has over 30 years of experience in both private and social enterprises. For 20 years, he has been serving in various managerial and governance roles at many private companies across sectors such as land management and real estate development, construction, insurance, banking, trading, manufacturing, Information Technology, and various investment projects, both in Cambodia and overseas. He also serves as an Independent Director of the Eldership Board in a large congregation of a Christian church in Cambodia—New Life Fellowship Cambodia.

Mr. Sophy LACH is an alumnus of Harvard Business School, where he took an executive program of General Management in 2024. He is also a Master of Business Administration graduate from one of the leading universities in Taiwan—Southern Taiwan University of Technology in 2008. He completed his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Build Bright University in Phnom Penh in 2005. He also attended many courses over the years on leadership, real estate management, real estate valuation, and other local and international seminars.
