He had worked with Daun Penh Specialized Bank as Chairman of Board of Directors from October 2018 to November 2020 and again as an Independent Director from December 2022 to the present.

He has over 20 years of experience in auditing, accounting and finance. He had been an Audit Manager of KPMG, Assistant to Chief Financial Officer of a leading conglomerate, and held many other positions at various local and international companies.

He obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance from the National Institute of Management in 2001 and completed some professional courses such as the Certified Accounting Technician (CAT) in 2006, and Management Accounting (CIMA) from FTMS in 2020. He attended numerous short courses and many other national and international workshops and seminars.
